This month we are delighted to be celebrating the 10 year anniversary of Collaborative Law Manchester.  Collaborative Law Manchester was founded by family lawyers Maura McKibbin and Elizabeth Tait in 2005 as a means of promoting the practice of Collaborative Law in Manchester, and has developed into a dynamic and active group since those early days.

Since inception, Collaborative Law Manchester has served as a hub for collaborative law practitioners across Manchester and the wider North West. Growing in both size and standing over the course of the last 10 years, the group has become the region’s ‘go-to’ for collaborative family law advice and support.

Founding member of the group, Maura McKibben, commented:

“We’re delighted to be celebrating this milestone. From an initial conversation between two solicitors, the group has become a thriving community of practitioners. Our members include solicitors, accountants and counsellors, all of whom are passionate about promoting non-confrontational methods for managing with family law matters to clients throughout the Manchester region.”

Current chair of the Manchester Collaborative Law hub, Alex Mattur, said:

“Collaborative Law Manchester has gone from strength to strength over recent years; we now have over 40 specialist members who cover the length and breadth of the North West, providing expert advice in a wide variety of family matters. Here’s to the next 10 years!”
